We asked ourselves whether employer branding is still a foreign concept in our region and how many employers are truly paying attention to it.

As intermediaries between companies seeking candidates and individuals looking for good job opportunities in the market, we felt it was essential to find an answer to this question in a place where we could meet the most people who could provide it.

That's why our team, made up of a strong duo - Nevena Filipović, HR Operation Specialist, and Danilo Sekulić, Sales Associate, attended the Empple Festival, which was held on October 3rd and 4th at the Opera & Theatre Madlenianum.

There, we received answers not only to employer branding questions but also to our inquiries about the future of the labor market, as well as the needs of employees and businesses.

During these two days at the festival, we had the opportunity to hear a wealth of useful information, from those involved in creating experiences—whether it's related to the workplace or the experience of learning and acquiring new knowledge—to those responsible for executing projects within the organization.

At the end, when reflecting on the event, one of the most striking segments was certainly the CEO panel. In a completely different format, we had the opportunity to hear exactly what management expects from its employees, how to gain their approval, and most importantly, how to engage during the process.

For our team, exchanging experiences with colleagues from other sectors and discussing the market situation proved to be highly significant. The knowledge we gained will help us create a clearer and more stable strategy for the coming year, and the connections will undoubtedly help us become part of this inspiring community that selflessly shares knowledge.
